Sri Venkateswara temple is one of the most ancient and also the richest Vaishnovite shrines in

of hair by the devotees to Lord Venkateswara.

VISHAKHAPATNAM BEACHES : The beaches of Vishakhapatnam have special attraction for swimmers
and sun bathers. Lawson’s Bay near Walter is lovely and shallow and best suited for swimming and
bathing. A 24 km road along the beach from Vishakhapatnam to Bheemunipatnam offers a fine drive.
